Calm Kids OT is a privately funded service. Rebate options may be available.
Medicare
Rebates of $53.80 may be available from Medicare for up to 5 sessions per calendar year under the Team Care Arrangement/Chronic Disease Management Plan. Please contact your GP to discuss if you are eligible and arrange a referral prior to your first visit.
Rebates of $97.90 for up to 6 – 10 sessions (more than 50 minutes at a community visit) may be available under the Better Access to Mental Health Plan. Please contact your GP to discuss if you are eligible and arrange a referral prior to your first visit.
Private insurance
Private health insurance rebates may be claimable if occupational therapy is covered – check with your insurance provider. Please note you are unable to use both private health insurance and Medicare plans in the same visit.
NDIS
Calm Kids Occupational Therapy can provide services to clients who are self-managed or plan managed. We are not NDIS registered so cannot provide service to clients with NDIA managed funding.
